Once you have purchased a hosting plan with OccHosting, you will receive confirmation via email containing your account access information. If you are having problems uploading your files - a common error is not specifying the correct server name or IP address, another common problem - if using Dreamweaver, check the 'host directory' setting - Dreamweaver is very picky and expects a forward slash at the end - and will give you a error if its omitted.

Can I password protect folders on my site? |

| This can usually be done for no extra charge. Drop an email to OccHosting support requesting the folder you would like protected, along with the username & password you would like to use. If you require a secondary user account there will be a small fee (£2/month). |

How do I access my stats system? |
